We hope, of course, that you like the my little me baby and memory box, but if you have something different in mind, you can return it within 14 days.
How can I return my order?
1. Please write us a message to the e-mail address: info@mylittleme.de and inform us about the return.
2. The return is chargeable. As soon as the return request has been approved, you will receive an email with further information and a return number (RA), which must be entered on the attached form so that we can assign the boxes.
4. When your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will first be checked.
5. As soon as the return has been checked and accepted, the amount will be refunded to the originally used payment method within 14 working days.
Returns policy
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of the shipment if the following conditions are met:
1) The articles must be in their original condition without any signs of wear.
2) The label must not have been removed.
3) The items must be in the original packaging.
After completing the entire return process, the amount will be refunded to the originally used payment method within 14 working days. Please note: if your return does not comply with our return guidelines, we will inform you via email and send the goods back to you.
