Please note that the customer is responsible for the costs of returning products outside the EU. The shipping costs are non-refundable.

You can use your preferred shipping service provider to return your complete baby box. We recommend shipping methods with proof of postage to ensure that the package actually arrives. Without proof of postage, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return and are not liable for the content.
